Это внутренний служебный инструмент. Он публикует материалы от имени Страницы Facebook «MOST Business HUB» и связанного с ней аккаунта Instagram, а также читает статистику этих публикаций. Приложение не предназначено для сторонних пользователей: доступ к нему имеют только администраторы указанных аккаунтов.
Чего мы не делаем. Приложение не собирает персональные данные подписчиков и посетителей, не выгружает списки подписчиков, не читает личную переписку, не использует данные для рекламного профилирования и не передаёт данные третьим лицам.
Формы заявки работают на сайте школы MOST, на странице курса и в опроснике «С чего вам начать». Через них мы получаем: имя, контакт (Telegram, адрес почты или телефон), при заполнении - выбранное направление обучения или род занятий одной строкой, а с опросника ещё и результат: рекомендованный маршрут обучения, роль (учитесь сами или отправляете сотрудников) и страну. Ответы на отдельные вопросы опросника остаются в вашем браузере и нам не передаются.
Основание - ваше согласие (ст. 6(1)(a) GDPR), которое вы даёте галочкой в форме. Цель одна: ответить вам и подобрать формат обучения. Заявка приходит уведомлением в служебный чат Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc., серверы за пределами ЕЭЗ) и хранится не дольше 12 месяцев с последнего общения с вами. Мы не передаём заявки третьим лицам и не используем их для рекламного профилирования. Согласие можно отозвать письмом на office@eqhekademia.ee - заявка будет удалена.
Данные обрабатываются на основании законного интереса оператора (ст. 6(1)(f) GDPR) с единственной целью - вести официальные аккаунты MOST Business HUB в социальных сетях и оценивать эффективность публикаций.
Маркеры доступа хранятся в защищённом хранилище переменных окружения на серверах, подконтрольных оператору, и не попадают в публичные репозитории кода. Доступ к ним имеет ограниченный круг администраторов. Маркеры отзываются немедленно при подозрении на компрометацию.
Статистика публикаций хранится не дольше, чем требуется для аналитики проекта, и удаляется по завершении работ.
Чтобы запросить удаление данных, связанных с вами, напишите на office@eqhekademia.ee с темой «Удаление данных». Запрос обрабатывается в течение 30 дней, о результате сообщаем в ответном письме.
Отозвать доступ приложения к аккаунтам можно самостоятельно: в настройках Страницы Facebook или в разделе «Настройки компании → Интеграции» в Meta Business Suite. После отзыва приложение теряет всякий доступ к данным.
В соответствии с GDPR вы вправе запросить доступ к своим данным, их исправление или удаление, а также ограничить обработку и подать жалобу в надзорный орган Эстонии (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).

The MOST Publisher application and this website are operated by EQHekademia OÜ (registry code 17483439, Estonia), the technical contractor of the MOST Business HUB project.

MOST Publisher is an internal service tool. It publishes content on behalf of the Facebook Page “MOST Business HUB” and its linked Instagram account, and reads statistics for those posts. The application is not intended for third-party users - only administrators of these accounts have access to it.
What we do not do. The application does not collect personal data of followers or visitors, does not export follower lists, does not read private messages, does not use data for advertising profiling, and does not share data with third parties.
Application forms are used on the MOST school website, on the course page and in the “Where to start” questionnaire. Through them we receive your name and contact (Telegram, email or phone), optionally the chosen field of study or a one-line description of your work, and - from the questionnaire - the outcome: the recommended learning track, whether you are enrolling yourself or your employees, and your country. Answers to individual questions stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the checkbox in the form. The sole purpose is to reply to you and suggest a suitable format. Applications arrive as a notification in an internal Telegram chat (Telegram Messenger Inc., servers outside the EEA) and are kept no longer than 12 months after our last contact. We do not share applications with third parties and do not use them for advertising profiling. Consent can be withdrawn by emailing office@eqhekademia.ee - the application will be deleted.
Data is processed on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for the sole purpose of operating the official MOST Business HUB social media accounts and measuring the performance of published content.
Access tokens are stored in a protected environment-variable store on servers controlled by the operator and are never committed to public code repositories. Access is limited to a small group of administrators. Tokens are revoked immediately if compromise is suspected.
Post statistics are retained no longer than needed for project analytics and are deleted once the work is complete.
To request deletion of data relating to you, email office@eqhekademia.ee with the subject “Data deletion”. Requests are handled within 30 days and the outcome is confirmed by reply.
You may also revoke the application's access yourself in the Facebook Page settings or under “Business settings → Integrations” in Meta Business Suite. Once revoked, the application loses all access to the data.
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with the Estonian supervisory authority (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
