More than 3,500 people have taken our programmes. Entrepreneurs come to MOST to learn from strong practitioners, to solve their own task and to leave with a tool that works as soon as next week. If an expert suits you, you can keep working with them after the course.

What we teach now
Our programmes are led by practitioners - people who do every day what they teach. Every programme under the MOST name answers the five questions of the school standard.
AI systems operators
How to stop doing by hand the work a machine can already do: set up an AI assistant for your own tasks, organise repetitive processes and work faster without changing your profession.
Module 1 of 4: four sessions of 3 hours, groups of up to 12 people, in person in Tallinn or online. The programme is run by the school's partner, Intellektor OÜ, a continuing education institution. Taught in Russian; the course page is in Russian too.
€390 - anniversary group price until 10 November, then €667.50 per module. The full programme of 80 academic hours costs €2,670.
Future Scale
An educational programme on building your own systematic business on top of your high-level professional skills. Three months of work and three months of support, with experts inside the project.
Three to four places per intake. Within a week of your application we decide together on the prospects of working together; everyone who applies receives written feedback. The programme page is in Russian.
Basic skills at a calm pace
The MOST Training Centre runs short courses for people with special needs. Groups are small, we go step by step, and the trainer helps every participant.
Estonian for beginners
Level A1 - the first steps in the language: greeting people and introducing yourself, talking about yourself, managing in a shop, at the doctor's and at an office, understanding a simple notice.
After A1 you can continue step by step with A2, B1 and B2.
Computer skills for beginners
From the very beginning: switching on a computer, using the mouse and keyboard, finding what you need online, writing and sending an email, and staying safe on the internet.
Suitable for people who have never used a computer before.
We will share the exact start date, venue, timetable and price after you get in touch.
Who leads the programmes
A MOST expert is a practitioner who applies their knowledge every day and turns it into experience, keeps up with the latest changes in the field and knows how to structure and pass on knowledge. So when you ask "how does this work in my case?", you get an answer for your situation, and the strengths you already have are put to use straight away.
Andrii Ruban
Builds working AI systems every day: a company's bookkeeping, processing of documents and correspondence, publishing, and bringing AI assistants into the processes of operating businesses. His sessions use the same tasks he solves himself. Projects and experience are on Andrii Ruban's website.
Alexandra Vakhar
Marketing and promotion, management practice. Works with experts who have hit the ceiling of their hourly rate: what changes in management when a person stops being only a doer and starts building a business.
Our team of experts is growing: a new name appears here once the programme and the contract are in place.
Training built around your company's task
A company comes to us with a task: teach a department to work with an AI assistant, bring order to repetitive processes, prepare its managers. We build the programme around your processes and run it on your real work tasks.

If your company needs a curriculum that meets the continuing education standard, a contract and a certificate for every employee, the group is trained by Intellektor - a continuing education institution for adults in Tallinn.

Fifteen years of practice
We opened the MOST business school in Tallinn on 9 November 2011 and have been pursuing our mission ever since: giving adults a profession that lets them earn a living doing what they love. Our courses have trained social media specialists, online marketers, executive assistants and first-time entrepreneurs - more than 3,500 people.
We graduated one intake after another and ran a career centre: consultations, help with portfolios and first clients. We kept in touch with graduates after the course, and that is the school's main result: people made their plans happen and did work they found interesting. Besides courses, we held open masterclasses and business games - a format where a skill is tested on the spot and stays with you.
Today the school's main track is training AI systems operators. The professions we taught for fifteen years are changing before our eyes, and we feel obliged to say so openly and to give people the next step.
The school's catalogue grows with the market: after AI come finance for entrepreneurs, management and teams, marketing and law. We open a new track when we see our students need it and have found a practising expert to lead it.
The MOST standard
Every programme under our name answers five questions:
- What the participant does themselves
- Which real situation they work through
- Which tool they take away
- How they will use it tomorrow
- Why this particular expert has the right to teach it
Hence our rules: groups of up to 12 people, only participants' real tasks, and a measurable result. A certificate on its own is never the goal.

Why the new MOST came about - in my own words
I have been working in entrepreneurship and management for more than fifteen years. Over that time I have created and developed organisations, built teams, launched new areas of work and turned ideas into working projects.
For a long time my main professional experience was in the social sector - one of the most demanding in terms of management, responsibility and dealing with public institutions. Today I run several lines of business and know entrepreneurship from the inside: from the first decisions and mistakes to a stable organisation.
Over the years I have dealt with almost everything an entrepreneur faces: finance and budgeting, staff, legislation, contracts, negotiations, public institutions, service development, marketing, digitalisation, fundraising and adopting new technology. That experience is one of the reasons the new MOST came about.
I see modern business education differently. An entrepreneur does not always need a big programme lasting several months. Often they need to get to grips with one specific question quickly and properly: AI, management, marketing, finance, investment, law, staff or modern tools for automating a business.
That is why MOST is built as a hub of practical knowledge. Here you can choose exactly the module you need right now, get concentrated knowledge from people who work in that field themselves, and apply it in your work straight away.
My role at MOST is broader than that of a founder. I bring strong practitioners together around the project, choose the tracks, set the standards and make sure MOST offers what entrepreneurs will really need today and tomorrow.
I am interested in change. New technologies. AI. New business models. New ways of managing and organising work.
I believe in knowledge after which a person starts to understand their business better, makes decisions faster and sees opportunities they had not noticed before. A certificate on its own does not do that. This is how I want MOST to be.
